We know that today’s weddings are often photographed by friends to avoid the cost of a professional service which can complete with the professional finishing touches to your wedding. Most couples fore-go the professional wedding photographer opting for friends and family photos which this service is designed to give you.

Grafixphoto still recommends that you consider hiring a professional wedding photographer for your wedding as it can be quite difficult to define your personality and the wedding into a wedding album, due to us not taking the photos and being there during the day as well as knowing who is important and who you are to inject personality.

For those who are currently viewing this website you will be aware that many of the professional wedding photographer albums are not available to the general public and this is where we come in. We have access to wedding albums globally and can make your wedding album for you. (providing you supply the copyright for the images used)

Wedding album designs.

Our wedding albums come from all around the world and are typically the same as those that you would find from a professional photographer. Needless to say are albums can be made to fit your budget no matter how high or low that is.

Our more popular wedding albums are the Spanish Digital albums and the Italian Graphistudio albums. The new Spanish albums are a cost effective way to have you wedding album produced, and they look great.

With the optional 29cm x 29cm sized albums offering you a panoramic 22 inch wide by 11.5 inch high album (prints), as well as the smaller pocket sized albums with a width of 11 cm and height of 15 cm printed on 170 gr/m² (4.25 x6 inches) and calendars.

The GraphiStudio albums offer a greater choice in covers, paper and sizes.
Quite often the selection choices can take an hour to go through as there are that many options to select from as well as layout and paper types. There are also options parent and pocket books as well as calendars all from the same company.

Designer covers

Depending on the album choice you make, we can make a bespoke cover image or style depending on what you would like to have.
You can select from images, leather or leather style, colours and montages. We always ask our clients to tell us what their ideal wedding album cover is and then select the correct album or design the album with that cover and even offer choices which you can preview.

Prices

Our prices are simple and easy to follow, we charge £75 to design your wedding album and £25 per hour to edit the wedding photos if required.

You will find the costs to be between £120 and £350 for the albums on average, but there are many factors which will effect the prices. They can be as low as £50.00 or as high as £2,900.00 depending on the choices that you make, leather covers, metal pages, etc etc.

You can change the album design once for free if there is not a large amount of changes, otherwise a small charge is made.

Album prices start from £11.00 (Spanish small pocket book) and £45.00 for the Portrait Spanish digital album. Graphistudio Albums start from £75.00.

Turn around

After we have received your images and the development payment, previews of the albums is around a week, after conformation from you that the album is correct, and once your final payment has been received the album will be with you in around two weeks.

Tips

If your friends are doing your wedding and even if they are a professional photographer, ensure that they shoot during the ceremony or it will cause a gap in your album.
If your want your guests to send you their photos, why not give them a stamp addressed envelope with a blank CD inside?
Avoid small images that have been emailed to you, they are often of a low quality and makes them difficult to edit.
Do not use camera phone images or images from cameras lower than 3 mega pixels.
Do not send cropped images.
For better results avoid cameras that are more than 4 years old.

image Editing note:Eyes closed, messy hair, people in the photo, rain sun, lighting, skin tattoo’s can all be changed when we edit the images. We only offer a moderate level of image editing with the design service, if you would like more ‘different’ results, please just ask.

Can we use film?
Yes we can make film photos into digital images for your album, this is an additional costs and we will give you a copy of the images on disc.

Terms of the service.
We only offer the design service and delivery of the album, once you confirm the album design is to your liking it cannot be returned and is a bespoke item. if there is a fault from manufacture we will detect this once it arrives with us, we will replace the album for you.
Once you confirm the design the contact is completed on delivery.
We suggest collection or insured delivery be purchased.
If you make a mistake after conformation, you will need to contact us immediately, if the order has been placed we cannot fix any errors.

Previewing
Your final design is previewed to you online, the screen images are of a slightly lower quality than the final album. you may request a screen resolution page pack if you need to preview the images at a higher quality.
Colours and brightness may differ from screen to screen, if you are in doubt, you will need to correctly calibrate your monitor.
